Translators needed

Hello!!! I'm actually try open a new sub..like forever more and others...he he he

So I need someone that can read Japanese *kanjis, katakana and hiragana and this stuff^^* to translate to english^^
So I really need at least one person...because I can't do all alone...
So HELP ME!!!!
I already request 3 doujinshi translations...but I needed to pay and this is kind expensive Suspect
